Business first: The link to this blog is now http://www.lisamontoya.blogspot.com. It used to be PeculiarAugust.blogspot.com but somehow I feel like it's time to just have this in my name. No fancy internet handle. No hiding. So if you link to this you'll have to update things in order to find me - otherwise you get the broken link page.
On to other business. I'm deleting all of the old posts. Or moving them.....they're relevant to my life, but somehow not so relevant anymore. It's all new, all the time now. I've been writing off and on (at least here) without much commitment since 2005.
Not totally sure about the direction that this is going to take me, but it's bound to be better than where I've been for the past few years.
